We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketer to grow our brand through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliates who promote our products and services, helping drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize for maximum ROI
Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue
Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tools, and support
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations
Research market trends and competitor affiliate programs

Qualifications

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of online marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.)
Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or similar)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in performance marketing or partnership management
Familiarity with tracking tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Basic knowledge of content creation or copywriting
Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors
