Associates Program 5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement (“5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement”)

1. Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Revenue

We will provide Standard Commission Income, as outlined in Section 3 of this 5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement, for “Qualifying Purchases,” which (subject to the exclusions in this document) occur when:

(a) a customer accesses a 5MinuteQuote site through a Special Link placed on your Site; and

(b) within a single session—defined as starting when the customer clicks the Special Link and ending upon the earliest of the following: (x) 24 hours after the click, (y) the customer places an order for a Product other than a Digital Product (as determined at our sole discretion; examples include software downloads or digital items offered under names such as streaming media, downloadable content, or similar formats), or (z) the customer clicks another Special Link to a 5MinuteQuote site that is not your Special Link (a “Session”)—any of the following occurs:

(i) the customer adds a Product to their shopping cart and completes the purchase no later than 89 days after the initial Special Link click; or

(ii) for Digital Products, the customer completes a purchase via streaming or download from a 5MinuteQuote site; and

(iii) within 180 days of purchase, the Product is shipped, streamed, or downloaded and fully paid for by the customer.

(d) Voice/Action-Based Platform Integration (formerly Alexa skill Site)

(i) a user interacting with your enabled voice or action-based application completes a tagged shopping action associated with your Associate ID; and

(ii) within a single interaction session—beginning when the action is initiated and ending when the user exits or completes an order—the following may occur:

the user purchases the featured Product; or
the user adds the Product to their cart and completes checkout within 89 days of initial engagement; and

(iii) the Product is subsequently fulfilled, delivered, streamed, or downloaded and paid for by the customer.

For each Qualifying Purchase, “Qualifying Revenue” equals the amount actually received by us, minus shipping fees, handling charges, taxes (including sales tax or VAT), service fees, refunds, rebates, processing costs, and uncollectible amounts.

2. Disqualified Purchases

Qualifying Purchases will be disqualified if they occur in violation of this 5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement or any related program policies, agreements, or requirements (collectively, the “Program Documents”).

Additionally, the following purchases are excluded:

(a) purchases made after termination of your participation,
(b) transactions that are canceled, returned, or refunded,
(c) purchases resulting from paid advertising using restricted brand terms or misspellings of such terms in keyword bidding,
(d) traffic originating from search engines that link directly to a 5MinuteQuote site,
(e) traffic routed through redirecting links that do not require user action,
(f) purchases by customers who violate applicable site terms,
(g) improperly tracked purchases due to incorrect link formatting,
(h) purchases made through unapproved mobile applications or improperly implemented links,
(i) purchases tied to bounty or promotional events governed separately,
(j) subscription-based purchases unless explicitly permitted,
(k) pre-release or pre-order items not yet available on a product listing page.

3. Standard Commission Income

Subject to compliance with the Agreement and this 5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement, you will earn Standard Commission Income as specified in the Appendix. Commission Income is calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenue.

4. Special Commission Income or Promotions

We may periodically offer special incentives or promotional opportunities (“Special Commission Income”). These may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All such promotions remain subject to similar exclusions described in Section 2 and all applicable Program Documents.

(a) Bounty Events

You may earn Special Commission Income when a customer clicks a Special Link and completes a designated action within the same session. Determinations of validity or abuse (e.g., bots, duplicate actions, invalid data) are made at our sole discretion.

(b) Bonus Events

Bonus Events follow similar rules, requiring a qualifying action within a session after a Special Link interaction.

(c) Trade-In Program

Customers may exchange eligible Products for credits. Commission is earned when a qualifying trade-in request is submitted and accepted following a Special Link interaction.

5. Commission Income Limitations

Special tracking identifiers must only be used for legitimate commission attribution. Attempts to duplicate or manipulate attribution across multiple programs may result in withheld commissions or account termination.

We may impose earning limits at any time and adjust or remove them at our discretion.

6. Commission Income Reporting and Payment

We will make reasonable efforts to accurately track and report Qualifying Purchases and resulting earnings.

Payments are typically issued approximately 60 days after the end of the month in which commissions were earned.

Payment Options:

Option 1: Direct Deposit
Funds are deposited into your designated account once minimum thresholds are met.

Option 2: 5MinuteQuote Gift Card
Gift cards are issued to your registered email and may be subject to minimum and maximum limits.

Option 3: Check
Checks are mailed once minimum thresholds are reached, with applicable processing fees.

Payment Minimum Chart:

Direct Deposit: Minimum 10 USD
Gift Card: Minimum 10 USD / Maximum 2000 USD
Check: Minimum 100 USD
Check Fee: 15 USD

Inactive accounts (no substantial activity for 3 years) may have accrued commissions withheld with 7 days’ notice, subject to applicable law.

Associates Program Participation Requirements

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

Applicants must submit accurate and complete information and maintain a publicly accessible Site with original content.

Unsuitable Sites include those that:

contain explicit, violent, deceptive, or unlawful content,
promote discrimination or harmful conduct,
target children under applicable legal thresholds or violate laws such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act,
misuse intellectual property or violate Trademark Guidelines,
include unauthorized use of brand identifiers in domains, tags, or usernames.

We reserve full discretion in determining eligibility.

2. Links on Your Site

(a) Special Links

Special Links must include your assigned Associate ID and be properly formatted for tracking.

(b) General Requirements

You are responsible for link placement, accuracy, and compliance. Links must not mislead users, and all promotional claims must remain accurate and current.

3. Responsibility for Your Site

You are solely responsible for your Site’s operation, content, compliance with laws, data privacy disclosures, and proper use of Program Content.

4. Promotional Limitations

Unauthorized promotional activities are prohibited. All communications (email, SMS, etc.) must comply with applicable laws and the Trademark Guidelines.

5. Distribution Restrictions

Special Links may not be used in unauthorized software, devices, or environments without prior approval.

6. Content Standards

You must ensure that:

Program Content is not altered in a misleading way,
content is not resold or redistributed,
expired or invalid content is removed promptly,
no misuse of branding or implication of endorsement occurs,
prohibited keyword bidding and traffic manipulation are avoided,
no artificial inflation of clicks, sessions, or commissions occurs,
no unauthorized collection of user or account data occurs,
no deceptive or malicious technologies are used.

You must not attempt to bypass this 5MinuteQuote Commission Income Statement or manipulate commission structures.
