He soon left and started working in the financial service industry, insurance and banking. He worked as a licensed insurance rep as well as a business banker where he saw the immediate need for quality leads. He soon discovered a lot of leads in the mortgage department of the banking industry came from outside sources and the same with the insurance industry.
